Return & Refund Policy

Overview
We offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in cases where:

  • Items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items are returned after the 14-day window.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at Info.gearpride@gmail.com.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns
To return a product, mail it to return address.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
